music snob question - not part of the series.
today i was im'ing with my friend matthew and he asked me a really good music question:
"Are there any bands or songs that you absolutely loved 10 years ago but now can't stand or are indifferent about?"
i honestly couldn't answer him straight away and am still trying to think of a proper answer - he said he thought about it b/c a toad the wet sprocket song came on and he remembered how much he used to be into them but hasn't listened to them in forever. (i, myself, am still a totally dorky toad the wet sprocket fan - i mean, who doesn't love "windmills"?!?)
the only band that immediately comes to mind is dave matthews band - b/c as a freshman in high school i was way into under the table and dreaming and now when i listen to it (which is when?!?) i'm like, ick. i'm sure there are more though...
what about you? who did you once formerly love, but have now become disenchated?

oh...my...god....my eyes have burned out and fallen off due to reading that you loved dave matthews. i am typing by touch right now.
bands/songs that i loved and would die for/cry to/could name in two notes? def leppard. if only life after Hysteria never happened. (btw, high n' dry? best album (ALBUM!) ever.
