a humongous thank you to my girl willo for hooking me up with last minute tickets to the arcade fire at the warfield tonight! i had never seen them & was bummed when their show sold out so quickly - but *dah dah dah daaaaaah* it's w to the rescue! she called me up at about 7:15 tonight and we were there by 8:30 - oh yeah.

i missed wolf parade b/c they don't allow beverages in the balcony section at the warfield b/c they are big stupid idiots - so that was a bummer. but the arcade fire were SO EFF'N GREAT!!! i was actually pretty psyched that we were in the balcony b/c i had an awesome view of everything that was going on onstage - and there was definitely alot of action to take in!!! what's so great about them is that they make the show feel so intimate & personal, even though they're playing in a bigger venue - i love that about them. such an awesome show & i'm so glad i got to see them finally. my expectations were definitely met. awesome awesome awesome...
