because, uh huh, i'm LICENSE(D) TO DRIVE! in the state of california, that is.
dudes, i totally passed my cali drivers license written exam today & am officially legal to drive in california. instead of what i had been doing for the past several months, which i think was highly illegal, as in having cali plates & an ohio license. i'm guessing that is frowned upon here in these parts...
anyway, i got to see a preview of my license photo & it isn't horrible! whoo hoo!!! it's so weird here, though, because they mail you your license instead of just making it and giving it to you right at the DMV. what sort of craziness is that? i mean, even in ohio, they have the capabilities to create a drivers license on demand. seriously, ohio dudes. OHIO.
they let me keep my ohio ID, but punched a crafty little hole it is. um, can you say necklace potential? oh yeeeeeeeeah.
